I’m inviting a small group of women VR fellows to come together for an intimate wellness retreat in Park City!

This is a space where we will prioritize ourselves - mind, body and spirit - and our healing and wellness.

We will focus on physician wellbeing, work-life-balance, leadership, mentorship, career development, the transition from fellowship to independent practice and more.

Are you ready to connect and be supported by women who share the same intensity, similar life challenges, and who are ready to follow their dreams? This unique immersive get-away is yours to explore all of it.

You will leave refreshed, seen, heard, with a stronger sense of self, and with friends and mentors for life.

This is not a medical meeting - it’s a gift to yourself to focus on the things that matter most.

Accommodations:

Our Old Town Mountainside Home is at the heart of this gathering, please see photos on VRBO. Private and shared bedrooms are available, please reserve soon if you would like to stay with us on site. Additional accommodations are available within walking distance at the historic Treasure Mountain Inn, at the top of Main Street (we will book this for you).

Thursday, May 13

  • Arrivals, open time

  • Private Chef Meal - Gourmet culinary experience

Friday, May 14

  • Gentle hiking, Daly Trailhead (steps from home)

  • Light lunch

  • Yoga Therapy (Ayurvedic practitioner)

  • Neuroregulation and Ear Seeding

  • Private Chef Meal - Dinner under the stars

Saturday, May 15

  • Gentle hiking, Daly Trailhead

  • Group acupuncture healing

  • Light lunch

  • Walk to Main Street

Who: Women vitreoretinal fellows in either year of training

Cost: $150 registration fee. Retreat lodging, meals and agenda will be covered by our industry partners; participants are responsible for their own airfare and transportation
