Dear Colleague,

I’m inviting a small group of women physicians to join me for an intimate fall retreat in Park City - something we did this summer and can’t wait to share again!

This is a space where we will prioritize ourselves - mind, body and spirit - and our healing and wellness.

This retreat is for those who are ready to foster genuine connections and support among a small group of women who share the same clinical intensity, responsibility, and ambition. This is rarely possible in our professional lives.

You will leave our weekend refreshed, seen, heard, with a stronger sense of self, and the confidence to voice what is important to you.

This is not a medical conference - it’s a chance to be vulnerable and be open to grow.

Accommodations:

Our Old Town Mountainside Home is at the heart of this gathering, please see photos on VRBO. Private and shared bedrooms are available, please reserve soon if you would like to stay with us on site. Additional accommodations are available within walking distance at the historic Treasure Mountain Inn, at the top of Main Street (we will book this for you).

Thursday, October 15

  • 12PM arrivals, open time

  • 6PM Private Chef Billy - Gourmet culinary experience

Friday, October 16

  • 10AM Gentle hiking, Daly Trailhead (steps from home)

  • 11AM Light lunch

  • 12PM Yoga Therapy (Ayurvedic practitioner)

  • 3PM Neuroregulation and Ear Seeding

  • 6PM Private Chef Cami - Dinner under the stars

Saturday, October 17

  • 9AM Gentle hiking, Daly Trailhead

  • 10AM Group acupuncture healing

  • 12PM Light lunch

  • 2PM Walk to Main Street
